Driving Church Growth Through Leadership

This workshop works with leaders who want to be more productive and create more growth in their ministry.  The Workshop is geared to provoking leaders to be aware of their “church as usual” mindset, to serve with more passion and positive attitudes, and strengthen communication and leadership skills. Overview

This work is a half-day program (3.5 hours) for leaders who are active within the ministry.  This program is filled with interactive team and individual learning exercises.

Each participant will receive:
-Leadership Assessment Workshop Workbook
-Learning and Communication Tools
-Individual Action Plan Worksheet
-Leadership Guiding Principles
